Absolutely! Every race  application vehicle I have built doesn’t leave the shop without one. All checks, replacements and race prep reference the hours on the clock, otherwise you’re shooting in the dark.

you should all have hr meters on your cars....that is the foolproof way to be spot on when you need a refresh...estimating engine time by event dates is very inaccurate
