[Fot] TR4 Spare block

I am having trouble removing a couple of the head studs from block, been soaking them for days with PB Blaster. Any recommendations on how to get them out. I don't think my propane torch would generate enough heat to do any good.

Also, after cleaning spare block I found "TR 3" painted in red on side. I believe this was done by factory. Does this make my block really valuable and I can sell it and cover cost of my go-fast parts?????
