[Fot] Racing battery

I have had good luck with the East Penn / Deka sealed AGM batteries. We
use the ETX-20L Powersports Battery in both the race spit and in my modern
MINI autoxer. (both do have alternators) This is a 15 lbs battery rated at
310 CCA at 0 deg F. It seems to have plenty of juice to do the job.

It's available at most local parts store for less than $100, might be
branded as "autocraft" or whatever the store brand is. As others have
mentioned, don't let it fully discharge and keep it on an automatic battery
charger/maintainer during the off season.
