[Fot] GT6 valve guides

Happy Holidays.
I am working on a new head for my GT6 racer. I remember a while back a discussion about valve guides. I did do some looking around in the archives but was unable to find the string. My question: 
Stainless or Bronze guides for race car? Why? or Pros/cons?Thanks, BrianFoster, RI
