What Chris said was: Microsoft Outlook uses too much internet 
bandwidth when set to "IMAP" if your web e-mail account has a large 
number of messages.  He set it to "POP" (a different way to 
communicate with the e-mail server) and reduced the internet usage by 
Outlook e-mail client.
