[Fot] Overdrive switch

I don't use an overdrive on my TR6 any more, but when I did, I had a 
steering column mounted switch.  I used a light dip switch, it is heavy duty 
and can take the high amperage of the A-type relay. And can be used up for 
on or down for on.
