[Fot] TR4 Valve spring - pressure, assembled height, suppliers

Ken Gillanders at BFE (British Frame and Engine) has good springs,
titanium retainers, ARP rocker studs, etc. etc.

Tell him Tony says hi and to take good care of himself.
