A metal recycler is going to assume that it is worthless as a car, and pay
only what the scrap metal is worth.  It would probably be worth more if
already disassembled and sorted into metal type; but they will have to pay
someone to do that.  "Mixed" scrap is about the lowest form, even if there
are valuable alloys present in the mix.
