[Fot] HS6 carb hesitation TR4

Sounds like the H-6 (long body) rather than the HS-6 (short 
body).  The HS-6 have 3 screws that hold the top of the float bowl on.

We often thought of trying to adapt the H-6 float bowl to the HS-6.
