[Fot] Nominate Mike Mehl, Portland Oregon

I'd like to nominate Mike Mehl to the FOT. Some of you may have met Mike while
at Portland this past weekend. Mike is the son in law of a good friend here in
Ohio and comes from a family with Goodyear Racing Tire background. His father
was very involved with Goodyear's Racing Tire program for much of his Goodyear
career and I believe was the Director of the program before he retired. Mike
is building a car that has a long history of racing in the Mid-west and was
rebuilt by Bill Lynn of VTR fame a number of years ago.
