Kerry...and all you other inquisitive types...

Well yeah I'm buildin up a non TR...it has many TR pieces on it (like most of
the front end is GT6...including the normally bolted on GT suspension towers,
which are welded to this chassis). It also has more than a few components
from "that other" bastion of British busted knuckles...you know the one with
the nifty motto...Safety Fast. I've got years of British iron piled around
the scatter here and try as I might, none of the piles I delved into contained
the adapters I need. I actually had to dismantle one of the TVR's here in the
shop to make sure I wasn't goin crazy (no comments needed here) and that these
adapters existed. Yes, they are the same as a pre-M TVR setup...like there's
a lot-o-them around! I actually found several which looked right, but were
for the smaller Girling calipers...the ole "close but no cigar" that usually
accompanies most of my quests. Ted S sez he has some, so I can hopefully
obtain a couple from him and get on with the long suffering resurrection of
this Elva Courier MK IV irs car...yeah its gonna be a racer too!

Too many projects an runnin out of tyme...
                       Nick in Nor Cal
