The real question is, who in this country is going to put up THREE HUNDRED
MILLION DOLLARS PER YEAR to field a team with any kind of chance at being
competitive?

Ferrari, McLaren, and Toyota all spend more than that.

Don't get me wrong, I'd love to have a US team.  But I don't want a US team
competing for last place honors against Minardi (or whatever moniker they use
now).
