I second that. The pins are pushed into holes in the tubing very close  
to the edge of the tube and it can easily break out. I've had it  
happen to two rear ends. The banjo welds nicely as do the tubes. I run  
short beads about an inch long, spaced about an inch apart. Permanent  
fix.
