[Fot] Water after 5-6 hard laps filling overflow and such

Does the temp go up pretty quick before this happens.?....yu may have a air 
pocket in the rear  head ..very common unless you can fill from higher 
point or rad is higher than head...yu can use the plug hole at RR of top of head 
to bleed ,or an expansion tank(best) above the head level...yu need 
something higher than the head to keep this from happening
