[Fot] Cooling fuel to take up less volume

If I remember correctly, the expansion rate for gasoline is about .6% for  
every 10 degrees F. So if you drop the fuel say 40 degrees, you decrease the  
volume by 2.4%. Will that make a significant enough difference?
