[Fot] Toyo hot/cold tire pressures

Tire temps at a track are always a little off from real heating because the
outside edge of the tire gets cooled as you run down the straight. You can
compensate for this, but the best way to do tire temps is on a skid pad. You'd
wind up with a huge amount of camber if you believed trackside tire temps.

for just checking pressure, look mostly at the inside vs. center (assuming
your camber is reasonably OK). All this tire temp stuff can be
tricky--overinflation compensates for too little camber (or too much) since
you increase the contact patch in the corners.

Isn't the best test tire temperatures after coming off the track, looking
for variations of less than 10 degrees across the face of the tire? I don't
know if my pressure gauge is right, but I am only running 18 lb rear and 20
lb front in the Kuhmos on my GT6
