[Fot] Toyo hot/cold tire pressures

You want at least that much camber in the front - I had about 2 1/2 
degrees.  You want the pressures to be in the 40 to 42 range hot.  I 
ran 36 psi front and 34 psi rear with a solid axle TR-4.
