[Fot] Spitfire Brake Balance/Bias Bar

Sorry to bomb the list but have any of you Spitfire racers build your 
own brake bias bar?
I have seen the ones shown in Kas's new book on page 99 but it's hard to 
see any detail.
One looks like the unit from Pegasus or Tilton and the other looks like 
the owner made it.

Also with either is their any modifications required to the upper part 
of the pedal where the pin normally would be positioned?
