[Roadsters] Brakes Continued

A lot of issues like this little gremlin are traced back to grounding.
Make certain the ground strap at rear of car is clean - the actual
connector to frame, the frame and the bolt & threaded nut. Put a protector
that conducts electricity on it before reassembly. Gotta have gound to
complete the cirtuict to light the bulb.
