[Roadsters] Water in gas line? First guess

Nope, car in garage (so no rain drain) I say no way, but good consideration.
Take it out and intentionally leave it one gear down, keep revs high, heat it up and burn out all residual carbon.

Then figure out if stumbling is when engine is cold or hot.

I am guessing the small fuel hose bridging one carb and another is aged and cracked, so has some split that may open under variable temps.
Cheap fix, and good first step to the cure.

Next suggestion, fuel filter and hose connections there.
