What can I say ask for a warranty or I think the 70 springs were the best if you can find them. I have had real good luck with re-arched springs but they weren’t on a roadster.

Jim,
But I've heard that only last for a year or two?

Take them to a spring shop and get them re-arched.

I need to swap out the rear axle housing on my ,69 1600 and while I'm under there, the rear leaf springs could use a boost. Has anybody tried swapping out a short leaf for a longer one? Any other thoughts (besides flipping over the rear end spring hanger)?

I tried to get into 311s.org but FoxFire didn't like the idea?
