[Roadsters] Rear leaf spring

  I need to swap out the rear axle housing on my ,69 1600 and while I'm
under there, the rear leaf springs could use a boost.  Has anybody tried
swapping out a short leaf for a longer one?  Any other thoughts (besides
flipping over the rear end spring hanger)?
