[Roadsters] out of hibernation problems

It will push gas through,not sure there is enough though. I popped out the
in line filter, blew into it and air flowed without obstruction, but was
empty. Do I have to remove the tank to access the pick up, and any thoughts
on
the headlights and fuel gauge?
