Don't waste your time with rebuild kits.  You will normally find the
cylinders pitted and so if you go through the trouble with putting in new
rubber, they well still leak.  

 

If you hone the cylinders enough to get rid of the pits, then they will
still leak. 

 

Been there tried that,

Not sure about rebuild kits, but whole cylinders are available from the

vendors.
