[Roadsters] 1600 tuning issues

Verify the two wires on the coil. If the wires are backwards the spark 
won't be as strong and the wrong polarity. What year is your car? If is 
68 or later the ignition switch has a ballast bypass switch in it that 
will increase the voltage for starting.
