[Roadsters] drain back tube (was "oil, fuel, air filters")

It wasn't just early engines.  TO the best of my knowledge, all roadster 
engines were equipped with anti-drainback tubes.  On later cars with spin-on 
filters, the tube is a light press fit into the center of the filter base.
