Rick,
If it's a low-windshield car, just disconnect the battery, pop off the horn
button by separating it with a small screwdriver at the indentation in the
seam, remove the small wire which is the positive lead to the horn, and
remove the large nut on the end of the steering column. You an then pul the
wheel off the tapered, splined end of the column. I have never needed a
puller, but you may.
If it's a high-windshield car, I am not sure, as I never had one apart.
>From the diagram in the Nissan parts manual, it appears to come apart the
same way as the low-windshield steering wheel. I don't know how to get the
horn button off. I assume it is pried off, though.
