[Roadsters] door braces

In anticipation of pulling a body off of one of my Roadsters, I need 
braces for the door openings.

Since my fabrication skills are, to say the least, lacking, does any one 
have a pair they want to part with?

Or, does any one have some easy to follow build instructions? I looked 
on 311s.org and found some info but I really don't trust myself to build 
good braces.
