[Roadsters] wiring - early 67 regulator

for whatever reason, I'm totally redoing all the wiring in the car - early 
67 low windshield 1600 -

the voltage regulator, according to the wiring diagram so generously 
provided by slowboy - thank you - the regulator has an additional wire.

according to the diagram, there is black/white, white, yellow, white/black, 
and black.  my regulator also has a white/red wire.  what's up with that? 
what do I do with it?  car runs fine without it, but of course very little 
of the electrics are hooked up anyway.
