Reminder: The Speed Fest on Coronado (San Diego) will be held this year on the last weekend in September (25 & 26). Check details out on line. 

See a lot of great cars, meet friendly people, watch the races (including a few Datsuns), meander through the pits, stroll the exhibits, enjoy the setting (North Island NAS) ... it all makes for a very enjoyable couple of days.

And to boot, being out among cars and car people helps keep everything in perspective.

Peter, I enjoyed reading about your trip to the Historics in Monterrey. How about driving Eliza down to Coronado for Speed Fest?
