[Roadsters] OT: install 510 SSS carbs onto 620

The SSS carbs were 38mm flat top SUs (the good flat tops) on a special
manifold for the L18.

Straight swap if the 620 has an L-motor, which it should.

Folks on Ratsun.net probably your best resource.
