[Roadsters] Weber carbs and manifold

I don't have Webers. I have stock SUs. But, I would be hesitant to try Webers.
When you start modifying the carburetion, you have to look at the engine as a
whole. If you try to cram more fuel and air into an engine without considering
the cylinder heads, cam profile, and exhaust, you're likely to run into
problems. Too much carb can kill performance. It's all a balancing act.
