[Roadsters] re intermitant shaking

For what it's worth, in my BMW 2002 I had a vibration between 25 and 45 mph
that went away with speed. I checked all the wheels on a friend's balancer
and they were fine. I removed the driveshaft, and found that the rear u-joint
was binding on one side. Picture your wrist moving smoothly back and
forth....now picture it meeting resistance in the center, that's what was
happening.
Replaced the driveshaft, and all vibes are gone.
