[Roadsters] Brake line fittings

I need to replace some brake lines and was unable to find the correct fitting locally. (we tried three different stores in Madison.) I will make them myself if I can find the bits.

Does any one know the correct thread type and pitch for the connection to the rear cylinder, the junction on the rear axle and the connection on the splitter on the firewall? Also, does someone know of a web site where I can order these parts?
