[Roadsters] Stock steelies

Interesting little fillip of law for vintage car owners - we all have to contend with that kind of petty bureaucratic crap no matter where we live, don't we?

A question occurred to me when reading Ross's description of the BC rules - what if you put year-appropriate aftermarket wheels on your Roadster, like a set of vintage Minilites? Would that cause a Motor Vehicles Bureau apparatchik's brain to hit overload?

Just thinking out loud...
