[Roadsters] Bumper Overriders

I have three bumper overriders available for the cost of shipping.  These were
given to me by Peter Harrison, and I subsequently bought two rechromed
overriders.  (That was the plan for these.)  Since I no longer need them, I am
happy to pass them on.
