Half a turn, then pry?  Just kidding. I checked 311's,  I couldn't find it,
only the late.  Someone will chime in soon enough with the answer.  But
disconnect the battery Neg first, much quieter.

A friend of mine says the 66 and 67 horn button pops off and the 68-70 twist
and turns off.  I need to take the horn button off of a 67 1/2.  Anyone know
how it comes off?
