I am in agreement with most of the others. Best way to learn is to jump in 
and do it!
Make sure your jackstands are securely placed, chains are very secure on the 
engine, and your hoist will not move on it's own (non-level surface).
It may also help if you have a bunch of plastic baggies to put your bolts in 
once they are removed, and label what they are for.
