Yes they will, slightly diff (pun intended) wheel diameters, and in turn (pun
intended) wheel circumference can make a regular differential scream after
just a few short drives.  Find one that can be used on the front end or make
sure the overall (tire included) diameter is compatible with the other
diameters you have on the car.

If it is smaller in diameter than the tire it's replacing, beware that
it may be incompatible with a limited slip rear end. To the diff, you're
always turning in a circle and/or one tire is always slipping. I don't
know if a run-of-the-mill diff will suffer under such treatment.
