[Roadsters] 5-point harness laws

Lee and others-
I used Wesco performance, price is right, and the quality is very nice. Much
nicer than the old stockers and bright black webbing as well. Good
instructions, tips on installation. I got the tip from Jeff Torres.

Remember for 4 pts and more, if you dont have a good roll bar, the second
object in the way of a rollover after the top/frame is your head.
