[Roadsters] OT - Australian 240Z question

I have an early US 240Z, series I.  In the US Datsun was not allowed to leave the hand throttle in place next to the choke handle.  I am looking for the complete mechanism to install in my car. 

Is this a piece that was installed on Australian cars?  Anyone have one for sale or a lead on one?
