[Bricklin] rear brake issue

The arc of the shoes must match the arc of the drum for the most effective
action. In the past new shoes would be sanded on a machine that was set to the
exact diameter of the drum. This labor intensive procedure was eliminated with
front disc and power brakes.
On cars that are seldom driven such as ours the shoes may never naturally wear
to achieve this match.
An industrial friction company can still do this type of work.
