[Bricklin] Brake Fluid Master Cylinder Level

I keep hearing different opinions on how how high the brake fluid level should
be in the master cylinder.  I am hearing anywhere from full to half full.  I
am wondering if anyone has any experience with this on the Bricklin or other
vehicles and how it affects braking.  Do I need to be concerned about fluid
expansion due to heat?
