[Bmcu] Increase Mileage

My understanding is that more than half of the aero drag on cars is
underneath.  Reduce turbulence there and you'll really see a beneficial
effect.  This is why racers make the bottom smooth and put splitters or air
dams on the front.  Diffusers under the back cause a pressure drop under
the rear of the car and add downforce to the back wheels.  This is good for
better traction in the corners, but doesn't help fuel economy.  It actually
increases drag a bit.
