[Bmcu] Tech Tip from Roger

How about an in-line fuel filter installed before the fuel pump? I've
installed a clear plastic one so that I can see when it is getting
fouled. My car is running again but not quite back on the road (still
dealing with the DMV and a few bits) so I am not sure how well said
filter will work.
