You said Headlight dimmer but guess you meant dash rheostat dimmer. I have several in perfect tested condition. I’ve posted them for sale every so often on eBay.
I have several of the updated style that is built much better and no circuit board to burn out.
So it would be the last one you would even need.
Let me know (direct message) if you still need one.

Should you decide to just connect all the wires, thus bi-passing the rheostat, here’s a picture of what I did. Panel lights are now always “bright”.
