The horn relay is the top relay there next to the fuse box. You can check the horn by attaching a jumper from the Purple wire to the Purple/Yellow wire bypassing the contacts.
I have found that the horns themselves stop working. New, Italian-mate horns are available at the local parts stores for around $10 each. But check them out first.

Horn is working only very occasionally and I figure the easiest first thing to look at is the contacts on the relay. I’ve included a picture of the fuse box area and a few of the relays – which one is the horn or is it somewhere else? I have Dan Master’s book so if it’s not the relay, I know where to go next.
