[6pack] Clutch sponging

So, I had a slow leak from my clutch space, bought one from Moss 580-770. I thought I bled it well but could not shift into gear with the car running. Felt firm. 
So I did some bleeding, a little air came out but now the clutch pedal is like pushing a feather and barely moves the push rod. 

So either it is defective or maybe the cylinder is also bad? 
Any thoughts?
Any suggestions for better components? I see several bores and versions exist. 
I have a 1976 TR6.
