[6pack] Cylinder head removal

I am having trouble removing the cylinder head on my TR250.  I think part of it may be that I was only able to get out about 1/3rd of the studs and that removing all of them would make it easier.  
  
Any advice or tricks for removing the studs and the cylinder head itself would be greatly appreciated.
