[6pack] Tail/Brake Light Problem

Ever since my 76 came back from paint I have had an issue with the brake
lights.  When I press the brakes, the tail light (dim) comes on and when the
tail lights should be on, the brake lights (bright) are on.  I know they
removed the tail light assembly while painting.  Could this possibly be a
connection issue at the tail light?  Any thoughts?
